Policies
Credit of lesson fees is available only under the following circumstances:
Absences:
Lessons will be held rain or shine with appropriate indoor riding
and/or un-mounted lessons. Please tell your instructor if you will be absent from your lesson, this will avoid having
the class wait for you. We are unable to schedule make-up lessons. So please make every effort to join
us on your scheduled lesson day. Students who fail to give notice more than 3 times may be asked to give up their spot.
Dress Code:
All
students participating in our traditional program and accelerated lessons are required to follow a dress code for their comfort
and safety.
All students are required to wear a helmet which
we have for our students to use if they do not have their own. Boots with a heel or paddock boots are required.
Riding breeches or jeans with half-chaps are preferred. If you decide not to invest in riding attire right away please
make sure your child wears loose fitting jeans or pants. Hair should be back in a pony tail and out of the students
face. Please do not have your child arrive for lessons with shorts, capris or crocs.
For students that primarily ride on bareback pads it is acceptable to wear sneakers, but pants are
still required.
If you have any questions about proper riding attire
and where to purchase it just ask myself or Melanie.
