Registration
Students register for a time slot or program
offering on a monthly basis. Each student's slot is reserved especially for him/her on the day of the week and at the
agreed upon time.
If someone is not able to commit to a weekly session we will be happy to schedule
individual lessons if we have openings available.
Payment
To calculate
each month's tuition please use the following equation:
Cost per lesson X # lessons in the
month = total due
If you book a lesson time for the month and pay by the 20th of the prior month you get
discounted fees. For example, if you pay by Jan 20th for February lessons you get reduced lesson fees.

If a session is missed because a student will be away or unable to attend for any
reason, the monthly balance will not be adjusted.
Make-up lessons are not possible due to the structure
of the farm and instructors scheudules. If I am given advanced notice I will try and fill the spot. If I fill the spot
then you will receive a credit for the followign month.
Lessons will be held rain or shine with appropriate
indoor riding and/or un-mounted lessons.
Please tell your instructor if you will be absent from your lesson,
this will avoid holding up your riding partner or class.
Dress Code
All students participating in our traditional program and accelerated lessons are required to follow a dress code for their comfort and safety.
All students are required to wear a helmet which we have
for our students to use if they do not have their own. Boots with a heel or paddock boots are required.
Riding breeches or jeans with half-chaps are preferred. If you decide not to invest in riding attire right away please
make sure your child wears loose fitting jeans or pants. Hair should be back in a pony tail and out of the students
face. Please do not have your child arrive for lessons with shorts, capris or crocs.
For students that primarily ride on bareback pads it is acceptable to wear sneakers, but pants are still required.
